The Information Literacy Program for youth in Tutong District lowered its curtains on the 27th of June afternoon. 39 participants were feted at the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation at the Information Department. Participants comprised undergraduates of the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, Sinaut Campus; Universiti Teknologi Brunei; Al-Azhar University, Egypt; and students of Politeknik Brunei, Lumut Campus; Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College and Laksamana College of Business.

Certificates were presented by Dayang Siti Bismi Nuruliman binti Awang Haji Emzah, Acting Director of Information. The program aimed to strengthen the dissemination of government's official information among youth, aside from enhancing understanding on government policy, self-development and identity as citizens of Brunei Darussalam.
